Swedish ($60/hr)
Swedish massage is for relaxation and relief of stress. Ashley implements long, slow strokes with light to moderate pressure to melt away tension and instill a euphoria in the client. This is the most popular style of massage.
Deep Tissue ($60/hr)
For clients with especially restricted muscles deep tissue massage is more appropriate. Ashley draws from his experience in pain management to assess and eliminate pain generators and referral patterns. Trigger point, stretching and myofascial release may all be used with this style of massage.
Hot Stone ($10 add-on)
Now enjoy the addition of hot stones and warm towels to your massage. This treatment uses gentle heat at key points on the body to deeply soothe muscle tissue and enhance the therapuetic effects of massage. It's the perfect way to completely treat yourself!
